How long have you been doing videography?

I have been taking photos and filming since 2017!

What should I expect throughout the process? 

Throughout the process from start to finish you can expect a seamless client onboarding process, where we not only learn more about you but give you a chance to ask as many questions as possible. Throughout the process until the final product is delivered to you, you can expect constant communication  from XIMAGES to ensure that the product is exactly what you had envisioned.

How Do  I ensure the final product matches the client's vision?

Through a detailed onboarding process XIMAGES is able to really grasp what the client is looking for by constant communication leading up to the photo or video shoot. During one on one conversations with clients, XIMAGES will not only ask questions, but allows the client to showcase inspiration that aligns with the vision that they have for the project.

Can I offer my creative input?

We absolutely welcome any creative input, ideas, or inspiration our clients may have. This is a collaborative experience where we truly believe that the best product is one that we create together.

Do you offer custom video/photo packages?

Yes, XIMAGES does have premade packages. However we do know that each client and project is unique which requires different project needs. As a result XIMAGES is adaptable and often works with clients to create custom packages that fit their professional, financial, and creative needs.

Do I have to pay extra for revisions?

Yes. There is an additional fee for revisions which is discussed.

Can I purchase raw footage and photos?

Yes for an additional fee, clients can purchase raw images from their shoots to have forever. However XIMAGES does remind each client that these images are unedited and do require special software to further develop into a final deliverable product.
